The Lower Glencourse Project was stood up by residents in the lower Glencourse cluster to design and improve the landscape of the southern most region Glencourse Ln.  Please provide feedback using the form at the end of this page.

Problem Areas/Recommendation:

*Preferred replacements- dogwood, redwood, redbud, evergreen, azalea, forsythia, ornamental grass.  We also welcome any of Brickman’s recommendations

 1.  Scant amount of tree left, lacking in foliage.
Recommend:  Removal and replacement with another tree.

2.  Scant amount of tree left, lacking in foliage.
Recommend:  Removal and replacement with bush that grows well under shade.
 
3.  Bush lacking in foliage.
Recommend:  Removal and replacement with new bush , ornamental grass or flowery/leafy plants.

4.  Dying Pine trees (imprelis?).  Heavy branches may pose risk to individuals in guest parking spots immediately below.
Recommend:  Removal and replacement  with new trees or trim.
 
5.  Bush lacking in foliage.
Recommend:  Remove and replacement with new bush, ornamental grass or flowery/leafy plants.

6a.  Bush lacking in foliage.
Recommend:  Removal and replacement with new bush.
 
6b.  Tree previously removed due to concrete repavement  in 2013
Recommend:  Replace with new tree in large mulch area.
 
6c.  Scant amount of tree left, lacking in foliage.
Recommend:  Removal and replacement with new tree.
 
7.  Trees do not look healthy and are haggard looking.
Recommend:  Removal and replacement with new trees; possibly 1-2  evergreens.
 
8 & 11.  Dying Pine trees (imprelis?) near Glencourse Ln exit. 
Recommend:  Removal and replacement with new trees or trim .
 
9 &10.  Lack of plants at Glencourse Ln exit.
Recommend:  Addition of bushes/flowers.
